single serve choc protein cookie

Makes 1 delicious cookie

This is certainly a winning recipe, I hear from many how it’s their favourite cookie to eat! I recommend using my favourite Chocolate Bone broth protein powder but if you don’t have this, you can definitely try with another protein powder or almond flour, just be sure to use the exact amount in grams.

Ingredients

15 g chocolate bone broth protein powder - texture may change slightly if you use a different protein source - add more milk if using pea protein. This also works if you sub in grams with extra almond flour.

1 Tbsp almond flour

1 Tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp maple syrup

1 1/2 tsp smooth nut butter

1 tsp coconut oil melted

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp milk of choice

Salt

A handful of Chocolate chips!

Combine all together in a small bowl, until it forms a dough (will be on the stickier & gooey side - if using a different protein don’t let it be too dry)! Add some chocolate chips and roll into a ball. Flatten ever so slightly and bake on a lined tray for 5-7 min at 170 C (or in your airfryer!). Bake until edges are set, let cool before removing - this really helps the texture of the cookie. Be sure to sprinkle with a little salt to balance the Chocolate flavour. No storing instructions as I imagine it will be eaten within a few minutes!
